Utah RMPs Blasted in New York Times Editorial, Washington Post Op-Ed

On the same day (10/18/08), The New York Times published an editorial criticizing the Utah BLM's industry- and ORV- friendly Resource Management Plans and the Washington Post published an OP-Ed by former correspondent Tom Kenworthy which also blasted the plans.
